Now that that is out of the way...as personable, friendly, and easy to communicate with as the physicians are, the front end and telephone support staff are unhelpful, unimaginative, uncaring, and very much like to only stay in their box and stick to their script. The silence after asking if a doctor has seen something important that shouldn't be left to just an email into the ether is deafening. The way they don't even try to offer any solutions to issue, or any type of resolution is are bare minimum as it can get. If you are someone who worries about your health and needs a bit of extra assurance, DO NOT GO HERE. If you desire anything above the response you would get from a non Ai computer interface, look elsewhere. If not for the physicians, this rating would be negative stars if possible.
