Hard not to come away thinking that that keeping the deposit was their plan all along.

Also will not tell me the date that the check was issued or mailed. Owners were present, at a neighbor's house, waiting for us to leave the house more than 30 minutes before check out time, so they knew immediately that there was no damage to the house or property. Avoid Apex Realty at all costs as a tenant or buyer.

I have bought and sold many homes and can honestly say almost no one matches Mike's energy, professionalism positive personality, and strong sense of ethics. We were buying from out of state. Mike took out all the drama from a very very stressful situation with people over-bidding on homes constantly. Three important things that make Mike stand out amongst the crowd of realtors: 1) he will show you as many homes as you need to see until you are ready to make the right choice, 2) he will craft your offer to make it stand out over all others when possible and 3) he will give you his honest opinion, i.e. tell you when NOT to buy a home if he thinks it isn't the right choice.
