I've been going to Dr Stein for over ten years and there is no one I trust my teeth with more. He is patient, kind, and a genuine down-to-earth person who loves nature and surfing! Everyone in the office has a big heart and I always feel welcomed and cared for. I brought my friend to Dr Stein after she lost 60lbs from not being able to eat from painful dentures and botched extractions done at a dental school. He and his staff took such good care of her. Dr. Stein is simply the best. He is great with everyone. I decided to take my son since he is 9 years old and felt too old for his pediatrics dentist lol. He was happy and said he liked this dentist better than the kids one when we left. Dr. Stein made him feel at ease and comfortable. In summary, I went to Dr. Stein after I had experienced a series of dentists that lied about how much dental work I needed. I was so thankful to find that not only Dr. Stein was truthful and transparent but that he would also try to make sure to avoid giving fillings so that things can heal with proper home care. While most dentists would often lie just in order to give me as many fillings as possible. I've already referred him personally to two family members and a friend. read more

I started bringing my three boys to Dr. Stein after a long thorough research to find the right dentist for my kids! I was very impressed reading the reviews and so far we are very happy meeting the staff and Dr. Stein. The staff is very professional and friendly. My youngest son is very scared of going to the dentist and Dr. Stein and his staff was very patient with him and tried to calm him down. Dr. Stein went over each of my kids X-rays in detail which was very helpful. Dr Stein and his staff are my ohana! They are the best. My husband and I are so grateful for the opportunity to be their patients. The orange cat that likes to hang out in their patio is "Clipper" (I uploaded his photos). He's very friendly! I love him! Dr Stein and his staff take care of him (they even have snacks for him). Clipper is everybody's cat though, other neighbors also feed him. So please don't take him away. Lol. I almost did but I already have 4 pets at home. This clinic is one of a kind. Best Dentist in Concord! Oh, boy! If only I could keep Dr. Stein a secret and never tell anyone!! Yes, Yelper's, he is THAT good of a dentist. Caring, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, oh--and let's not forget HANDSOME! Even with the mask on, Dr. Stein is such a handsome man! :: Emoji heart eyes:: Now, now--I'll move on before I begin blushing! Going to a Dentist is always challenging for me as my teeth and I have been through terrible experiences. I am also so afraid of what work I will need done. After my last dentist decided not to take my insurance anymore, I went nine months without going to the dentist until I began to feel pain. Ladies and gentlemen, tooth pain is the WORSE! So, I searched for a dentist around my house and called this office. Lisa is the friendly Administrative Assistant that took my call and walked me through the whole process. Lisa is phenomenal! She was so patient and answered all the questions I had. Lisa was able to look up my file and approve my insurance on the call! BINGO! No surprises there! She was also able to send me the new patient documentation a day before my appointment, and I did everything on my phone! YAY, such an easy process. I received a text on the same day reminding me of my appointment. Also, I received an appointment the same week I called! Another BINGO! I was welcomed by Lisa upon arrival and introduced to the Dentist Assistant, Christine, that made sure I was comfortable, and she took all my x-rays before I have seen Dr. Stein. Christine was gentle, warm, and welcoming during my visit! Now, the BEST part was seeing Dr. Stein! I mean, I can't stop smiling!! I was so excited when he walked through the door and informed me he would be taking care of my teeth! The first thing I thought was, "Wow! How did I get so lucky?" 2020 must be my YEAR! Dr. Stein walked me through all his concerns and gave me many options on how to move forward. He also took his time to hear me and didn't deny anything I said. We must have spent 30-45 minutes going over my x-rays and discussing next steps. We came up with a good next step plan, and I am delighted to know that he is just as excited about helping me as I am happy in receiving his help. Now, I have to admit, I LOVED how Dr. Stein made sure he walked me through all the x-rays and even asked me if I wanted any copies. I felt so comfortable around everyone and was so happy to schedule my next appointment. Although I would love to keep this dentist a secret, I wish ALL dentist offices were like Dr. Stein!
