A representative of Delta Dental emailed to the email address on your business card a schedule of my benefits showing I had no copay together with instructions on how to access that information on line. That same day another representative of Delta Dental gave me a phone number to pass along to the office assistant so she could call and verify I had no co-pay. When I tried to bring both the phone number and e-mail to her attention to resolve the issue that day, the office assistant rudely informed me that she did not need me to tell her how to do her job, and refused to cancel or refund the copay she had charged. I received an EOB from Delta Dental verifying I have no copay so it would seem your office has too; however I mailed a copy to the address on your business card.

But I can't even begin to tell you the problems she created with the work she did on my teeth. I wish I spent the 15 minutes to drive further to go to a much better dentist. Not only was she robbing people for the cost she charged, but she ruined the teeth she worked on of mine. I even recall in one cleaning appointment, the dental Hygentist pointed out a dark spot on a tooth she had just previously "fixed" and Dr. Liday was called in where she immediately hushed the Hygentist and snapped at her and told her that wasn't her job to point that out. Needless to say, just a couple months after the work was done, I had to go to the emergency and see a very expensive specialist who told me that Dr Liday clearly didn't know what she was doing and he had to re-do the root canal job she did. I almost lost my tooth because of her shotty work and she clearly knew she didn't do it correctly but let it wait until an emergency came about it. Who does that? This is just one example of the experience I had with her work. And it didn't stop there. Each of the teeth she worked on has been shown to be worked on very poorly and pointed out to me by other dentists since then. It's embarrassing to think I paid so much for such terrible work. I have been meaning to write this review for a while. I even told her once that I could feel the pain when she was working on me and she just kept drilling. Why is that ok? Lucky I was mostly numb and have a high pain tolerance and I just bared with it. I would be in her chair for hours. There just were too many things she didn't do right and I hope to warm and share with everyone now. Do not go to this sloppy dentist! Save your teeth and your money! I found out the hard way she was over charging and shouldn't be working on anyone's teeth! Update: Yet again, I was just told that the work that was preformed by Dr. Liday is going to have to be done again. I am gutted. Please do yourself a favor and go with a much more experienced dentist, it will save you and your teeth in the long run!
