There was absolutely NO part of me saying, "I can't wait to visit Artis Recovery!" But life has a funny way of introducing you to good people under some not-so-good circumstances. And I have to give credit where credit is due. From beginning to end, the people at Artis Recovery in Tifton, Georgia treated me with kindness, patience, dignity, and respect. They never made me feel embarrassed, talked down to me, or treated me like I was just another vehicle or account number. A very special shout-out to Danielle and her husband, Devin. Danielle was incredibly patient with me throughout this entire situation. She communicated with me, answered my questions, and showed me genuine compassion during a situation that was already stressful enough. Devin was just as kind and helpful. They both went above and beyond, and those small acts of kindness meant more to me than they probably realize. And YES... I GOT MY CAR BACK! So thankfully, this story has a happy ending! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!…read more Complete nightmare. After a deer collision our insurance had Prince as a default shop in Tifton. We went ahead with them because we knew no better. After four months and three separate attempts by Prince to get us to accept the car back with substandard work our insurance company had us move it to another shop in Albany. The other shop did over $7000 in work and parts to correct the 'work' that Price said was completed. This included repairs that were not completed but only visible with the bumper removed. The bumper that had to be broken to be removed because Prince had GLUED it in place!
