Brad thoroughly explained what might be our problem, and he was 100% correct! Brad kindly answered the question that we had asked a couple of times at other locations without a satisfactory answer. We began our maiden voyage the day after Christmas. We spent 3 weeks on the road and encountered many weather extremes from warm/balmy to sever storms to bone chilling cold. We talked to Phil most days at least 1 time if not more and we exercised nearly every system on the trailer. Phil was always available for us and answered all our questions. We look forward to many more trips with our Lance travel trailer.

I asked Beau if he could please find me something even if a downgrade or upgrade and he came through with a brand new 40 ft. class A Rv. Of course my mistake cost me more but our trip was saved. We had one little quirk with the Rv the first night. I was able to get in contact with Beau and he talked me through it and no further assistance was needed for the rest of the trip.
