Not that you care:P We called Dunlap on our return and got it booked in, they made a point of noting dates of upcoming trips. Soon after leaving it with them I received a text with the name of the tech that would be working on our camper. Communication was through text, although not perfect they instigated it and I had someone to check in with. After hearing all of the nightmares about warranty work at dealers I was worried, I needn't have been. The work was completed in a timely manner and the few other warranty items were also knocked out. So far they have been friendly, after the sale and very proficient. Of you're looking for a new or used camper you could do a lot worse, go talk to Jim and he'll sell you something but more importantly the after sales team are excellent!

We began our maiden voyage the day after Christmas. We spent 3 weeks on the road and encountered many weather extremes from warm/balmy to sever storms to bone chilling cold. Kevin expertly diagnosed the issues and did a great job getting it properly repaired. My insurance company was a bit difficult to deal with but Craft Collision dealt with it. Craft had to replace an entire quarter panel, bumper, trim, and other damaged parts, but you can't even tell that my vehicle was hit. The damaged area looks like new! Carrie and Natasha kept me informed every step of the process. They helped me dealing with my insurance company.
