Anybody know if there's damage at the dock just wondering.i would recommend this resort to any looking to fish and relax

Sterett Creek Marina - Warsaw, Missouri

We recently stayed at Sterett creek. We usually love it. Our biggest issue this time is we come to the lake to relax and enjoy company. Well, now there is a guy who lives in the mobile behind the 1st building. He has the most obnoxious loud radio in his dark 300 Chrysler ,It doesn't matter what time of day it is. He drives around blasting the music, to where you can hear it in your room over the tv. He also speeds every where around here. We aren't talkin 10 mph. I mean this guys engine sound like it is redlining anytime he leaves. I asked around about him and was told it is the General Managers son... well I would think and hope he would lead a better example but I guess this situation he is allowed to cause of who his mom is. It is also pretty sad to see that the property is not being maintained the way it use too. And as far as the general manager Mandy, I really don't think she cares that her son and another guy in a black Mustang were there a few days ago in front of the general store having some loud contest and the mustang was driving even faster around here than the guy who lives here. Other than that we had a great time. the lady that checked us in, Sarah was so polite and knowledgeable , every time we saw her she was always happy and making sure we were taken care of and she made the check in fast and simple. And the younger girl that works there too,faith, well she was just as great too! We would leave our name, but rumor has it any bad review the GM will make your stay miserable the next time. And we want to come back. We hope things continue to get better but my husband and I do really think the company needs to take a better look at its management. We can recommend one lady they we feel would make it a whole difference in atmosphere and attitude, we hope to see her around more. read more

I just took my family out on the lake for the first time this year. We launched our boat at Beyonder Marine at Sterett Creek. Our strap broke on our winch as we were getting our boat out of the water and the two ladies at Beyonder Marina store, Tammy and Mandy, went above and beyond to help me locate a strap for my winch by calling their network of people at the lake. Once my strap got there they called one of their workers "Flip" at Beyonder to help me. Flip and his boss Travis helped me with everything I needed to safely get my new strap on my winch, so my family and I could get our boat home safely. My family and I are beyond grateful for the team at Beyonder (Tammy, Mandy, Flip, and Travis). Very kind, generous, and helpful people. Beyonder marine and the people that run it are the type of people my family and I want to surround ourselves with down at the lake. Thank you again Beyonder Marine!!
