Yet again, we are extremely disappointed with this trash company. We have been customers for years…read moreand finally canceled our service on April 7 after dealing with ongoing issues for a long time. Over 60 days later, we received a call while we were not home stating that someone would be entering our yard to pick up the trash can, and we were basically given no other option regarding the pickup. What is most frustrating is that this was also the FIRST time we were ever informed that our $82 deposit would supposedly not be refunded once the trash can was picked up. This policy was never explained when we started service, during our years as customers, or even when we canceled our account. Since the trash can was being returned to the company, we were under the impression that our deposit would be refunded. Instead, after months of no communication since canceling, we are now being told they intend to keep the deposit. Unfortunately, this is only one of many issues we have experienced with this company over the years. There were multiple occasions where pickup days were missed completely with little to no communication. We often had to call ourselves just to figure out when or if our trash would actually be picked up. Communication from customer service has consistently been poor, and when we did reach out with concerns, the responses were often rude, dismissive, or unhelpful. Another ongoing issue was the way our trash can was handled. There were many times it was thrown into our driveway carelessly instead of being placed back properly. As paying customers, we expected a basic level of professionalism and respect for our property, and unfortunately that was rarely shown. Overall, the lack of communication, professionalism, consistency, and customer service has been extremely disappointing, especially after being loyal customers for years. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company make sure EVERY policy is clearly explained and provided in writing beforehand, because important information was never disclosed to us until after the fact.

I had had the aerator rebuilt a couple of years ago but I was sure the sprinklers weren't working properly...or at all! They were super prompt and got right to work on pumping it and the owner checked out her system and told me that the floaters needed replacing, the pump needed repair, and a seal needed replacing. I asked the price and the price I got was very competitive with other companies in the area. He didn't charge me to diagnose the problem...another company had told me they'd charge me $195 JUST to diagnose the problem and that the $195 WOULD NOT count towards the repairs if I let them fix it!I immediately decided the other company wasn't getting my business! I chose Green Gator to take care of my mom's septic tank/treatment plant and it was THE RIGHT CHOICE! I can't recommend this company highly enough!
