Although he is not the easiest to get in touch, he makes sure he or his team responds to your needs promptly. Overall, he is honest from the beginning and will make sure you get the best rate. Cons: Not many things that should be of concern. But I thought I would share a few I experienced, which might not be minor for someone else. - He insists that you work with his attorney (Sonja Salami Law Office). Although there was no issues during closing and the job was done, she is not on top of things and you have to be behind her for updates during the process. For example, I did not receive the settlement statement and all documentation 24 hrs before closing because they were waiting on other things, but we were not kept in the loop. I had to do all the follow up calls and emails. - You work with two people in his team remotely (Nadia Durrani and Crystal Perez). They are nice to work with but probably because of many applications they deal with, they do not tend to thoroughly go over things you send them. It can get annoying if you get multiple requests for the same thing and if things are not communicated clearly. It can get frustrating for both parties. Overall, no one is perfect, Indy and his team give you the best rate and they get the job done.

I had heard horror stories from friends about the many offers on the many houses they had submitted before they finally were accepted. Or the crazy seller's request that they had to accept just to be in the running for the property. I was astonished that I wasn't in a crazy bidding war and didn't have to waive any inspections or take the property "as is" just to get into contract. There was some back and forth, but for the most part everything moved quickly and easily. Not being from New England there were so many things about the properties that I was unfamiliar with, including heating systems, septic tanks and dealing with snow. Working with Mark I learned about the many things one must take into consideration when moving to a 4 season climate. It did take me a bit to find the right house, but Mark continued to work with me until I found one that I was really happy with.
