Re: Daniel Christoff…read more I reached out to Daniel Christoff through Facebook to explore refinancing options and provided him with a detailed email outlining all of my financial information so he could properly review my situation. Unfortunately, he did not read the information carefully and initially responded with incorrect assumptions based on numbers that were already clearly explained. I had to correct those mistakes myself before the conversation could continue. Throughout the process, I was always the one who had to follow up. His communication and follow-through were very poor. After I clarified my information, he told me he would return to the office, look into other options, and get back to me. That was over two and a half weeks ago, and I have never received any follow-up. From my experience, it felt like he was only interested in quick and easy deals rather than actually helping clients work through more complex situations. After I posted my honest experience on Facebook, he blocked me, which prevents me from even seeing or responding to his posts. Overall, this was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, a poor representation of the professionalism one would expect from someone representing Mountain View Mortgage. Communication, attention to detail, and follow-up are essential in this industry, and unfortunately my experience fell far short.
