We were too far away to check on our property and the last tenants, whom Steve Grant found, were given their full deposit back and when we managed to get down to inspect, the place was left uninhabitable. We had to spend $18,000 to put everything right and make it respectable to sell. We tried to sell our house through Steve Grant for 8 years, it just sat, or got rented out. They say they'll include "water" as a part of your rent, but then they never turn it on for you. Then they didn't pay me back, nor claim water services, until 6 months later. 2. There's been a roof leak and MOLD on the ceiling for three months that they refuse to repair. 3. Their faulty heating/ac units were adding an extra 50+ KW/h's of electricity a day. They first told me I was supposed to deal with it. After raising Cain with them, they acted as if they were doing me a favor by offering a couple hundred dollars (even though the extra cost was proven to them to be up in the $700+ range). Sadly, I wish that there were more reviews on them so I would have steered clear of them. Only after I moved in did I begin hearing other horror stories.
