Usually people are not opposed to writing something nice AFTER they have successfully completed their loan process and have been approved. We're still in the pending stage. Yet my wife said and I completely agree that whatever happens with our re-fi (approved or not) we have 110% confidence that Greg is doing everything he can to ensure that we are approved. We have called and written to him at some pretty odd hours and to our surprise he's responded right away (we think he must sleep with one eye open to check his email). Today he asked me to respond in writing on a couple of issues and after I sent him our information we asked "why are they asking for this information now?" he replied; "they're not. I'm just being proactive ensuring if they do we already have our answers ready". Wow. Wow. Who does that in this day and age? There are just so many people these days that promise the world and they can't even do what they said they'd do. We worked with another mortgage company for 6 months before I decided to explore another option. Just over a year ago my husband started his own business and the other company kept telling us we would not qualify on our own so we would need a co-borrower. So we kept putting it off, not to mention we were told we would only get approved for 250k with over 15% down (because he ran the numbers and that was "best case scenario"). We thought we were never going to be able to purchase a home in this lifetime, it was not a fun experience working with this other company. So I decided to look on Yelp for another person to talk to - Wendy Mariani popped up and she was a God send. Wendy did what the other company could not do in 60 days; completely amazing! They are helping me refinance and I am happy with the terms. ---------------------------------------- I bought a home and got a mortgage through Flyhomes in August 2023. I also signed up to use their buy now, refi later on us program (see attached advertisement). Per the conditions of the program, I had to wait six months after closing to use it. I was assured by my Flyhomes mortgage officer that even if the program ended that it was in my file and that I would still be able to access it. Having access to this program is part of why I made the leap in buying a home with Flyhomes. It has now been more than six months and I have contacted (emailed and called) Flyhomes Mortgage eight times over the last five months about utilizing this program and they haven't responded to me. The one exception being I was able to get a live appointment with a mortgage broker. I explained my situation and he told me to email the mortgage president and explain my situation to receive the services. I did just that and still haven't heard anything back. I am so frustrated with this poor customer service. I would not recommend their services.

Figure something out ! Their California agent Christina Felix is very unprofessional and only thing she did was stressing out the costumer , when we sign the contract she was very pushy and didn't explain clear enough. We agreed the seller stay in the property with 3 week rent back, but agent told them it's free without being clear to us , which on the contract shows as blank , which does not mean $0- and she later claims something on the contract says " licensed fee $0" means rent back free. They are using undirected term to trick people who doesn't understand the actual meanings. After we complain to the Flyhomes , they said they can't cover our loss, and not responsible for the mistake, and they start asking us if we want to back out the offer ( that way they can take our earnest money and buy the house , resale it, then make profit out of it ) we are beyond annoyed and very frustrated because we are in the middle of buying this house , we love the property, but Flyhome is just very unprofessional, and has no idea what they are doing, miscommunication with lender ,buyer , seller , ..etc .
