I met him in 2012 during a 3 Day Quest where he was literally sharing all the knowledge he had during 3 days to teach us how to invest intelligently in real estate. With what I learned, I was able to buy my first property in the US by myself. I joined his private coaching membership maybe a year or 2 later. Steve Martel....where do I begin?! I guess it all started when I attended one of his training in Chicago with my mother, who was a student of his. I have worked with Steve since 2012 and with all things, it is easy to be complimentary when you achieve such great successes. However, Steve is the type of man to be there even when things go array...as the 'ugly can happen in real estate'. His advice, guidance and referrals to lenders 'who make things happen' saved our 14 door project in Colorado. And his assistance was few years after we took his training and he still kept in touch and there for us to review, discuss and strategize even as past students. I'm posting as anonymous because of privacy issues. The Steve Martel coaching program used to offer something of some value back when I was in it (end of 2012), although it definitely was nowhere close to the tens of thousands we paid for the Gold program. Steve Martel is now in hot waters (hah, understatement) and the old program--along with their amazing coaches--is long gone. Now don't get me wrong, the old program helped me a lot because I was fortunate enough to have a caring coach. I own 20-odd units in the US and am cashflowing quite nicely at the moment. I would gladly vouch for the old program--if it still existed. The coaches are gone, the old program is dead, and the new program is full of nothing but obvious stuff one can figure out via a google search or real estate book under $30. Personally, I would stay far away from Steve Martel but hey, if you really feel like tossing some money into the wind and seeing how many bills you can rescue before they fly away, be my guest. read more
