If I could ZERO stars I would! This office and Steve are so RUDE! I called for an insurance quote and spoke to Nick, I was planning on switching Insurance companies. Not anymore. Not after what I was put through. I also spoke with Steve, and they are, by far the most rude, unprofessional and disrespectful people I have ever dealth with. I felt personally attacked when I told them what Insurance Company I was planning to leave to go to State Farm. Nick was VERY PUSHY and wanted me to leave my insurance company without even going above and beyond to explain everything to me. He just kept talking about his insurance jargain. I understand that's how they speak, but I don't speak in the same terms these guys speak and it was difficult for me to understand what he was saying. When I asked him to kindly rephrase he got pushy and told me I wouldn't find a better deal than this and I should sign right away. This offer won't be here forever. I hung up with him and called back a few hours later and then spoke with Steve, who was just as rude and unprofessional and disrespectful to me. I spoke with him and told him about my less than posh experience with Nick and I got the same behavior from him too? What is with these guys and this State Farm office?
