We lived on a beautiful historic property that has a small swimming pool and a larger reflecting pool. Austin and Adam came twice a week and always kept our pool sparkling. It never smelled of chlorine. They even dispatched a guy to help us try to figure out the power source for the courtyard fountain that the property owners kept non operating. They brought us sump pump over which was very powerful and it took a couple days to empty the green water, then they power washed with chlorine to get the sediment and gross stuff off of the surfaces. All the glowing reviews of Steve and his crew are 100% earned. We had kept on the previous pool crew from the previous owners of our house for about a year after we moved in. However, about 6 months in, I noticed that we regularly had to ask our crew about why our pool and spa were looking green and why there were visible spots of black algae everywhere. Their response was that we just needed to throw in algae treatment (that we had to do ourselves), and that there was nothing that could be done about the black algae. It didn't seem right that I was constantly having to ask about why our pool was so green so I contacted Steve. He immediately came out to take a look the next day and did a chlorine reading on our pool. He said that our pool had a zero chlorine reading which is shocking, considering our previous crew claimed they were maintaining chemical levels. Steve immediately went and got some additional chlorine from his truck to add to our pool and told us he would do it regardless of whether we hired him or not because he wanted our kids to be safe swimming in a properly chlorinated pool. In addition, he acknowledged that while black algae is hard to get rid of and may not 100% be gone all the way, there could be some shock chlorine treatments that could be done for cosmetic purposes and to at least keep the algae at bay. With that kind of customer service and responsiveness, we immediately hired him. We have had Steve and crew come for about 6 months now and Steve has been extremely responsive and knowledgeable with any and all pool related questions, and Ben, our regular service provider does an outstanding job of keeping our pool immaculate. It's been sparkling blue and clean ever since we brought on Steve and his team. If you love good customer service and service providers who take pride in their craft, we highly recommend them! read more

Prior to finding Steve for the job, our previous pool guy was just careless and did a sloppy job. They were filmed on our cameras and caught them breaking the pool vacuum while they were scraping the pool walls. They denied this and refused to replace the vacuum, which brings to the attention of they were purposely breaking things in the pump area to overcharge on purpose. The water was really not clean at all with calcium build up on the walls. Honest truth is, you wouldn't need a pool vacuum with a pool guy coming every week. But the water conditions were getting worse and worse with the old guys. We had to switch! Just dishonestly is enough to make you switch... To no avail, we canceled them right away and found Steve. He came and tested the water and found out there was zero percentage of chlorine and the chemicals they added were imbalanced. BUT Now our waters are crystal clear and it makes you want to swim more. Steve is my new pool guy! In addition to being fast, fairly priced, and very competent - Steve was a *total pro* when it came to winning over my dog. I just moved in so my dog is a bundle of nerves and when he went on a normal barking rant because someone's at the door, Steve came in and directed his full attention to the pooch - remaining still and nonthreatening while the crazy dog sniffed him up and down. Once the dog was satisfied that Steve was cool, Steve returned his attention to the business at hand. What a pro.
