When I did, they demanded $1,000 before they would even reschedule my appointment. This despite always paying my bill in full at the time of service. This for trying to protect their staff and being more concerned with the fact that it hurt to move than with contacting them immediately. My wife has witnessed it on several occasions and so have I during my appointments. Never had a problem with anyone else there just her, its not do much that's her craziness is directed at us or my children but you here her screaming on the phone, and the things she says after hanging up OMG, yelling at coworkers and even the Dr. it's the most unprofessional behavior we've ever witnessed. I was honestly shaking when I left. Several of my coworkers who go there as well have witnessed her condescension, bazaar behavior and wrath as well, she's NUTS!!!!!! Every staff member from the front desk receptionist to the aides to the nurses to the anesthesiologist were THE best. My first time here and they really left the best mark on my heart. I'm very tattooed on my arms and they were complimenting me on them, particularly the portrait of my little sister. She lost her battle with alcohol 2 years ago and I briefly shared her story. I thought for sure there would be odd looks and an awkwardness but there was not. These wonderful women gave their condolences, asked how I am doing and if I needed anything, with one even hugging me. Another shared her own stories of family members and a sibling losing their battles with addiction. All of these things are what make amazing humans and I'm so glad I got to meet them all. Their words were just what I needed today not having my sister at my side for this surgery. I just wanted everyone to know how much this meant to me and was another step in my healing journey. I went in for sinus surgery with big worries. I left with more joy in my heart that such caring women are still out there. I'm a divorced father of 3 and have used CNO for my two older children with not many issues in the…read morepast but my youngest was due for braces and I had paid CNO in full (So I thought) 3 or 4 months prior to my child's appointment. The day of my child's appointment I get a phone call from my ex-wife saying that it was only partially paid when I specifically told them I was paying for it all several months ago. When I look back at all the paperwork I received on the day I went into the CNO office there was nothing on my paperwork saying that only half had been paid. I feel like I was scammed and mislead. I feel like this needs to be known as for some other unexpected person may not be able to afford to be treated in such a manner. Not all of us are able to have the Funds of a Doctor or Dentist.
