I really did enjoy the fact that Dr. Schoenbeck didn't make me feel like I was crazy. She dissected all my symptoms and tried to help me. So why the 3star review?well, my appointment was at 10am. I was called back to the room at 10:08. There was a new hire that was asking me questions. I say about five minutes later Dr. Schoenbeck comes in we talk for a little bit and I then I am released to pay, I'm out of pocket, and get to the front dest at 10:35. The amount I am told to pay is for a 45 minute session, which to me is crazy because I wasn't even with the doctor 30 minutes. I explained the time I was called and the Doctor insisted I pay for a 45 minute appointment. I did not speak to the doctor face to face. Doctor was communicating with receptionist via email. I told the lady I will pay the amount the Doctor is asking for, but I will never come back here again. To charge me for a 45minute appointment when I was only there for maybe 27 minutes is wrong. Too bad because I really did like the place.

I switched to Living Well from a chiropractor that I'd have to wait at least 30 minutes to see for a 5 minute appointment and they were a bit more aggressive on their technique than I'd care for. From the second I walked into Living Well I felt at ease and cared for. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen by Dr.Kate. She is super knowledgable and helpful, so I always feel comfortable asking her questions. I play roller derby, which is any chiropractor's nightmare, and Dr.Kate has been 100% supportive of my team. She even comes to our bouts to witness our hard hits and falls, which usually helps her out when I go into see her after a bout. Living Well is awesome!
