These guys can repair any clock. I have taken a couple clocks to them for repair and both time have been delighted. These clocks I had were really old and their work was completely satisfactory to me. I will be taking in my grandfather clock next and I have no doubts I will be a happy customer. NOT RECOMMENDED Charges $250 to clean a coo-coo or windup clock. He's your best friend until there's a problem, then he's an arrogant jerk. Brought in two clocks (one coo-coo and one antique windup school wall clock). Coo-coo runs but makes odd noises during the "coo-coo" that it never made before. The school clock runs for only a short time before stopping - a problem this clock has NEVER had before. Steve is making it very difficult to bring the clocks back for him to fix (under warranty) because he never seems to know when he's going to be there (he works out of his house). Probably for the best, since I'm not sure I want to have this guy do any more damage to these two clocks. I'll find someone else to undo his damage. read more

Wish I had seen the comments before calling this guy. advertised in the coupon book. Called him up and set an appointment for 11:00am he called at 11:30 to tell me he was lost. Showed up at 12:00. I showed him the clock, and told him the quarter hour chimes work great, but the hourly chimes do not work. He moved it forward a few hours and watched, and then said he didn't know why it was doing that. wanted $325 to take it back to the shop and clean and test. I was not prepared to pay that much, and I didn't have much confidence he knew any more about it than I did. so he charged me $60 cash, no receipt, and left the clock open and set 2 hours ahead. $60 doesn't buy you much these days. I would burn the clock before calling him back out. read more
