Maybe I'm a little biased, but I landed on Steve's door without an invitation, and less than a desire to be there. I was broke down 962 miles from home, one week into a 7 week motorcycle ride. I broke down hard in Lockport, and Steve and the gang moved stuff around for me to help me, and the charity for which I ride, out. The repairs were extensive, but they made it affordable. And, after the repair was complete, and the problem came back, they opened their doors for me again. After a full day of diagnosing the problem, it was discovered that the problem only occurred when someone was sitting on the seat. This made the diagnosis very difficult to discover, since that work is usually done while standing next to the bike, not sitting on it. Steve's was a featured story in the book Yours, Very Sincerely and Respectfully (ToMack Publishing, Anthony Price, author) and I would recommend with all sincerity that you can trust Steve.
