They failed to mention the $800.00 charge for the initial inspection and treatment and...the actual inspector told my mom it would be $450.00. Here's the kicker. Because they don't have a person skinny enough (their words) to fit under the house, they will be glad to take the money, but if the treatment fails and you get termites they aren't liable for any damage.
