I had a very disappointing experience with Direct Auto Insurance. On June 19, 2026, I requested…read moreroadside assistance for a tow. I was repeatedly told that a tow truck was on the way, but after waiting more than three hours, no one ever arrived. Around 1:00 a.m., I finally gave up, canceled the request, and requested a refund of the $50 I had paid. Fast forward to July 24, 2026, when it was time to renew my policy. I called to let them know that I had been added to my fiancé's insurance policy and would not be renewing with Direct Auto. Before ending the call, I asked about the $50 refund that I still had not received. Instead of addressing my concern and resolving the refund issue, the representative focused on trying to persuade me to keep my policy. In my experience, the company was disorganized, communication was poor, and customer service was frustrating. Waiting hours for a tow that never arrived, followed by an unresolved refund request, is completely unacceptable. On top of my personal experience, I also found that Direct Auto's rates were significantly higher than many major standard insurance companies for both minimum and full coverage. I also noticed numerous customer complaints describing unexpected premium increases and slow or difficult communication during the claims process. Unfortunately, my own experience with customer service reflected many of those same concerns. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Direct Auto Insurance. There are too many insurance companies that offer better pricing, better communication, and more dependable customer service. Save yourself the frustration and shop around before choosing Direct Auto.

Tom Shelton was my agent and did a great job. He got me more for my house than I was asking and got my new home in Franklin closed for a fraction of what it would have cost with anyone else. I would highly recommend Cap Center and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

They are located on the first floor in the big building there. My visit to this place was on April 16, 2020 to finalize a refinance closing. In February/March 2020, I was in the process of looking to refinance my original loan to remove PMI and get a lower interest rate. After looking at options, I started the process with CapCenter by first talking to someone by phone to ask some questions. After that was done, I went online to start the application process. The one on the phone said it could be a few weeks to get a first response from a loan consultant due to the higher volume of applications coming in. I had no issues with that. The main reason I ended up going with CapCenter was due to having no closing costs. In less than a week, I had gotten a response from my new loan consultant Natalie Murray. This was a very quick turnaround time. I worked with her through the process. There is a $1000 deposit ($500 at commitment and $500 at rate lock); however, you get that deposit back in the same manner that you paid it after closing. After that process was completed, it would move to Emily Weeks, who I worked with when it came to the pre-closing information and any last minute things that were needed. This was very smooth as well. On April 16, 2020, it was time for the actual closing. Although there was quite a bit of paperwork (as expected), the process was pretty quick and smooth. You also get a few things from them after closing such as a hat as well. Overall, it was very easy to work with CapCenter. If I decide to do a refinance in the future, CapCenter will be the first place I go back to. With a fast and easy process along with no closing costs, it's a win-win. If you are looking to refinance, this is who you need to check out.
