Very Unprofessional and had a bad attitude. They didn't give us a rental though we had a reservation and paid since a month ago.

We rented some paddle tire for our RZR. The plan was for us to be there to pick them up before they closed at 5. But we had a rough trip with 2 blowouts and then noticed another tire with a knot on our camper. I called the shop to let them know we wasn't going to make it by 5. Randy said no problem and to let him know when we were close and he would meet us back at the shop to get the paddle tires. We got there around 7:30. He was also able to find us good spare for the camper before we headed home. Would definitely recommend and will be using them in the future. read more

The desk staff is very friendly and they get you moving quickly once you arrive. We had to provide IDs, a major credit card (this is required for the deposit), and sign some paperwork. After that, the get you setup with your helmet and ride and go over the machine's operations. BE SURE to check everything meticulously. Take a video of the entire vehicle because they will scrutinize it and charge you for anything not right with it. We rented a 3 ATVs and one Polaris two-seater RZR. Apparently after just four hours of use, we wore the belt on the RZR down and they charged us $200 for a new one. This seems absurd that we would have damaged it in this short period of time and I don't expect to pay separately for normal wear-and-tear on a rental (that should be already built into the rental price). Be sure to check the belt carefully OR consider renting from somewhere else in the area. read more

This was a family vacation with a total of 3 families with responsible adults and children ages 8-15. We drove 6 hours to Waynoka, OK with the intentions to rent 3 of their Polaris RZR (sport UTV) for 24 hours for the intended purpose of riding the sand dunes in Little Sarah State Park. Stewart Sandsports is the only vender available for UTV rentals with no other competition to choose from. I will state the facts and you can decide whether or not you should trust this organization. If you do choose to rent from them use a credit card so you can dispute the charge for when they try to keep the full damage deposit and rental after their equipment fails due to normal use. Rental period started at 11:00 AM 5/28/20 after signing paperwork that is very non consumer friendly. Because we drove so far, had no other competition to choose from, and because we believe in our credit card consumer protection, we chose to move forward with the rental. 1:00 PM (2 hours out of 24 hour rental). UTV #1 had mechanical transmission failure under normal use while riding with others in buggy #2 and #3. The chunk blew out the side of the transmission. Stewart said it was our fault and that we must have tried to change the gears while running, but had zero proof. Merchant took the UTV away but did not have other UTVs available and could not supply us with a replacement per our agreement. We offered to pay $59.02 for the 2 out of 24 hours of the total $708.33 for rental of buggy #1. They declined to refund us any money. 2:00 PM (3 hours out of 24 hour rental). UTV #2 had a belt break (happens under normal use) which then damaged the transmission oil seal while riding under normal conditions with others. Merchant took away the 2nd vehicle and did not offer a replacement to continue rental. We offered to pay $88.53 for the 3 out of 24 hours of the total $708.33 for rental of buggy #2. They again declined to refund us any money. 3:00 PM (4 hours out of 24 hour rental). UTV #3 failed due to an engine light decreasing power to protect itself and could not be ran. Merchant for the 3rd time took our 3rd and final vehicle and did not offer a replacement to continue rental. We offered to pay $118.04 for the 4 out of 24 hours of the total $708.33 for rental of buggy #2. They again declined to refund us any money. Stewart also declined to refund us the entire $6,000 damage deposit claiming we broke their equipment though they have zero proof we did anything to damage the UTV, which were driven under normal operating conditions. We had 8 adult witnesses who will testify that the equipment was driven carefully, often with young children on board, was not wrecked, jumped, or used in an aggressive manner. We are trying to get this disputed by our credit card but it keeps going back and forth. Steward refuses to give in and there is a chance we will have to pay them then sue in return for our money back. What a nightmare to get $8,125 back! We proved to the credit card company that Polaris RZR's transmissions fail all the time, exactly like our failure, which is not the fault of the user but instead due to age in high-stress environments (like sand dunes) and/or poor maintenance by Stewart Sandsports. As far as we would have known, Steward could have sent us out on equipment that had no oil with the intentions of killing a worn-out transmission to take our deposit and buy a new one. Renter be aware for these unethical fraudsters. I would never never never rent from them again! read more

Food: n/a Service: 5/5 Cleanliness: 2/5 Decor & Style: 2/5 This is the only place that rents ATVs/Buggies in this town. We originally rented for the full 24 hours. About 4 hours in our Buggy broke down. We called them (thank goodness for cell phone reception) and they said they were going to come find us to fix it (if possible). As you can imagine, it is very hard to find a broke-down buggy in the middle of the dunes. Almost three hours later and many calls, we had to wave down another buggy with bright lights to help us (it was now dark and we would've been stranded if it weren't for help). Long story short, they helped Stewarts ATV and buggy guys track us down. The buggy was non-repairable and they had to take us back into town. We just went into town to chill. The next morning the repair guys said the transmission was down and so they only charged us for 4 hours of rent instead of 24 hours, and they gave us the full deposit ($2000) back! Very good service! I just hope it doesn't break down next time! read more

Never rent from this business. A buddy and I from Ft. Sill decided to get off post and rent ATVs. We weren't able to arrive at 11am to do the half day, but we were advised they would not be able to prorate the rental for us. They charged us for 5 hours of riding when we were only going to ride for 2. That was the first red flag. They charge a 750 dollar security deposit instead of placing a hold on your card so that it can be easily returned. While riding, I went over a small bump in the dunes and the thumb throttle snapped in half due to the force of the atv hitting the sand. We returned the ATVs with full gas (as we were instructed) and on time. After advising the mechanic that the throttle broke (knowing that a replacement throttle is anywhere from $15-$60 part, they proceeded to charge us $104 for the throttle and $94 for "an hour of labor". All in all I paid $500 for 2 hours of riding and am still missing 1500 for the security deposits (still waiting on that to be returned to me). Overall, this is a very dishonest establishment that will not work with your situation, and will screw you out of any dollar they possibly can. Tourists should avoid at all costs, they will know you are not from the area and screw you. read more

We had such a great time riding the 4-seater Polaris out on the sand dunes at "Little Sahara State Park". We called Stewarts ATV and Buggy ahead of time and made a reservation. The lady who took our order was very friendly and answered all our questions. We arrived at the shop and were immediately taken to the cash register to make two payments with our credit card. First the pay for the $2000 deposit that they use if we damage their ATV or Dune buggy, then they charged us the rate for 1/2 a day (see their website). They they sold us some goggles to protect our eyes from the sand. I had sunglasses, so those were good enough. My son and husband both bought the goggles--and it was a good thing they did, they REALLY needed them. The wind was really whipping which made the sand blow right in our eyes and faces when we were up at the top of the biggest dunes. Next, we were fitted for helmets. Then we walked around the vehicle to make note of any defects or dents. They we loaded up, snapped our seat belts, and one of the workers lead us out to the dunes. We followed him as we went down a side road straight to the dunes. He pointed out where to get gasoline, and how to get back to the shop. We rode all over the dunes and side trails. It was fantastic! The Polaris had no problems and we really enjoyed it! When it was time to go we had trouble finding the exit that would lead us back to that side road that goes to the shop to return the dune buggy. We called the shop and they reminded us of the landmarks, which we were looking at, but still had trouble seeing the exit. Finally we saw someone entering the park on an ATV, so we could see the general direction where they had come from and low and behold there was the exit we had been searching for. So the workers did not have to come get us thankfully. We were amazed how challenging it was to find the exit after exploring all over the place for 4 hours. So, when you go there, you might want to enter the park and then turn the ATV/dune buggy around and very carefully make note of exactly what the exit looks like, because once you have been out there for a while everything--EVERYTHING--starts to look the same!! It is so fun! But, make careful note of that exit! We highly recommend Stewart's Sandsports for renting your ATV, etc.!! They were very friendly and helpful in every way! read more

Staff was very friendly. We made a reservation for all day, the website said to arrive early, don't bother. No one pulled in until 8 am. The entire check-in​ process takes about an hour. You have to watch a video, get fitted for helmets and go over the 4-page​ contract process. They put a security deposit on your card not a hold for the rental. Once you are ready to go you can walk around the vehicle you are renting and document anything that looks amiss before heading out (similar to renting a car). The staff then escorts you to the Dunes. (we drove our car to the campsite​ as well so that we could get to our food and drink we packed). FYI there are no​ signs leading you back to Stewarts once you are leaving the dunes, I got lost and had to call for them to come find me. When you turn in the vehicle the auto tech comes and walks around the vehicle and drives it back behind the building to make sure all is good. Then you can head back in and as long as everything is ok they refund your deposit. All in all we had a good experience here and would recommend them. read more

Not sure on rentals, as I have never rented an atv They are more expensive than any other place I have ever seen on any atv/utv accessory or gear. I understand when you need a part at the dunes, expect to pay more, but talk about gouging. My dad had them attempt to install some offroad lights on his RZR a few years back, and after having the bike for 6 hours, they gave it back without them being hooked up correctly.
