We adopted our cat from there a year ago, and we've made use of the pension facilities a few times when we've been away. The staff are friendly and professional, they use good quality food and the update they give you on how your pet has been during their stay suggests that they get enough personal attention. The only drawback is it can get a bit busy and noisy in the waiting area, especially during summer holidays and around Christmas. For nervous animals it might be a little traumatic.
