Excellent attorney. Worked very hard to get me a good deal in court. I was honestly surprised at how it turned out for me. He really cares.

Don't use this attorney. He took my money and did nothing. When I first started with his firm. He had a nice convincing secretary named Lee. A total sweetheart. For some reason she was fired. After that communication stopped. Hrs b4 my first court date I called sa and got his email. Because it was supposed to be rescheduled and I've had no communication with him. So I emailed him he responded said he had it covered. This is 1 of 2 times he responded to my dozens of emails sent to him. Weeks go by time for another court date. Cannot get ahold of him again. I fired him and hired another attorney. So I requested a refund. He responded with. U didn't provide an address. So I responded with my address . But all so thinking im your client u don't have my address on file? Weeks have gone bye no refund. I emailed him a few days ago and told him I gave him ever chance to make it right. The first move is this review to warn others. Next i have to hire another attorney to get my money back. Don't let him scam you. Id give him zero stars. read more

If I could leave a zero star I would!! My husband is currently in jail for a warrant he didn't know he had that Mr. STIDHAM was supposed to get cleared but he LIED to the judge and said my husband hadn't been in contact when I have PROOF of multiple messages left for him and with his secretary. The warrant is for not showing for a hearing that he also knew nothing about because Mr Stidham didn't let him know about the court date!!!! read more

So far , not what I'd expect from payed attorney. Had first plea bargain ,he said wasn't good enought . Came back with second and it was the same as first . Now won't return phone call . definitely wouldn't hire again read more

I requested to speak with him before both of my hearings and received no response. Never received any information from him AT ALL. The second hearing he sent someone who knew nothing about my case and he didn't listen to me. The guy showed up an hour late and I was charged with a class B misdemeanor. I ended up getting 30 day suspended jail sentence and 6 months probation. I probably ended up no better off and probably worse than if I had I represented myself.
