I've been coming here for the past two years. I went in 4 days ago to get a new battery and two Stiizy cartridges. I came home and one of the cartridges was defective. I went back to exchange it. I spoke to the manager Peter Molina. He came out from the back, I explain to him my concern. He seemed very upset started being very disrespectful to me telling me he's not gonna change my cartridge i was blown away I was calm I just wanted to swap it out for a new one since it's defective he took me outside to try it it's still not working properly he got very upset and told me he's not going to argue with me which I wasn't being rude or anything I just wanted to know why I can't swap it out if I'm still in the 7 day return period clearly he was upset from the time he came to help me I find that very disrespectful. OK, after having problems with some of my batteries and there pods. Found out the problem followed the pod. Checked the contacts on the bottom from ones I purchased from call weed and the contacts from the STIIIZY store was much smaller. See pic. I did switch the small pins making sure it contacts the little wire and it now works.. UPDATE: Just purchased new pods from Call Weed and they have the same small contacts on the bottom of there pods now too. Of course having the same issues. Now have to get a small pin and pull the copper pins up a little, so it makes better contact with the battery pins. read more

My girlfriend and I went to this location, super excited because we had never been and we frequent other dispos in the area but upon walking in we were met with dirty looks and the girl taking care of us was speaking condescendingly as if we didn't know what we were talking about when we asked for what we wanted. Overall probably will never come back to this location because she was just rude. I've been living here and going to this Stiiizy for 2 months. Today is the start of the 4th and 710 sale. It was a horrible experience. The items wouldn't ring up fir the right price. The sign is false. It states all Stiiizy white, Grey, black and 3.5 bogo for a penny. They tell you it's only 3.5. You have to do separate transactions for the bogo because their operating system can handle multi tasking a sale. The guys in the office don't get in til 8 and the store opened at 6am. Never coming to this stiiizy again in Moreno Valley Been living in this area for 2 years now and I've had several bad experiences here and never once complained but today I had it . Bad customer service and busy ending from two people one girl bangs and purple hair and the other was right next to her name Christian M . I won't be spending my money at the MOVAL franchise and will be going else where . I rather drive all the way to Pomona or LA for better customer service and a great experience. I don't understand how people can have such bad attitude working at stiiizy ? Crazy ... They always have sassy rude men and girls who have bad attitude and customer service . They don't even have a receptionist at this point having security check people in , it just shows how business is going , having your security guard check id's like a trap shop .
