I was at the airport with more than 30 minutes ahead as instructed. Another person proceeds to stroll in five minutes before the plane takes off with a connecting flight to another place, Alaska. They let him stay on the plane and booted me off of the flight right then and there 10 minutes before it was supposed to be taking off. No matter the fact that I was flying international the next day. The other guy had a flight to Alaska, so I guess they couldn't legally remove him from the plane. So that left me. The best part is the unconcerned less than bothered demeanor of the people working the desk, they couldn't care any less that they overbooked the flight nor can they provide any information for you so just call the phone number apparently! Let me emphasize, They DO NOT CARE whatsoever when an inconvenience like this happens at the desk they tell you to call the corporate regional airport phone number. I literally did everything correctly for this to have fallen in line for me. Bought my tickets MONTHS in advance. I was at the airport over 30 minutes before I was not carrying a lot of weight in my bags. Be careful thinking you can trust this regional airport company because apparently they overbook ALL THE TIME and instead of letting you know ahead of time they wait until all of you arrive there at 6 AM to look at one of you and point and say YOU HAVE TO LEAVE cause we messed up and overbooked. The lady at the front seemed like maybe she knew the guy strolling in late going to Alaska? She jokingly said "Haha you almost missed the flight to him." The people that work, can barely find their way out of a paper bag let alone do their job jobs. How do they not know that the plane is overbooked when it's sending out all these text messages to everyone saying to be there 30 minutes ahead? How do these people "not have access "to seeing who's booked on the plane until they physically get there? Why was the pilot helping the lady at the front desk disperse weight evenly? THE PILOT had to help the front desk, lady do her job, HOW? Doesn't the pilot have more important things to be worried about? If I could make this is zero star review I would. This Harrison Arkansas Boone County regional Airport location is not worth your time. They don't value it. If you're still reading this do not whatsoever do not fly Boone County regional Airport in Harrison unless you are a wealthy rich man, who is clearly going to one of the golf resorts nearby, they won't cut that person. But the other people in the room, who aren't high rollers, us peasants could get kicked off the plane with no warning. No reason other than too many people showed up at 6 AM for the nine person plane so they're kicking YOU or YOUR LOVED ONE OFF. Just because THEY overbooked?! Trust me it sounds like a great convenient little flight..... But the things that could go wrong DO OFTEN GO WRONG HERE!!! And apparently they'll drag the pilot over to do all the math and weight distribution. I don't know about you but that's concerning for me!!! I don't even fly that often, and this is not the first time they have pulled the rug out from under me when I was not in the wrong. EVEN IF YOU HAVE A TICKET, paid well in advance.. You can literally do everything right and show up there at 6 AM and get cut. This is the second time this company has done something like this to me. I'm sitting there before anybody else showed up for this flight this morning 5:30 AM. I am sitting in the lobby watching everyone else come in and check in, some even late to boarding.. And I'm the one that got kicked off the plane because it was oversold for some reason? Absolutely zero customer service. There's NO managers to talk to. They just say to call the corporate phone number and file your complaint and shoo you away. **If you can fly into Fayetteville, do that! Don't use this untrustworthy airline!!!

He has a great sense of humor and made us laugh and was super personalable and easy to work with. Helped us get the best and cheapest one way rental car we could get and even came out and checked the oil and everything before we left. He even pointed us in the right direction for good sushi in Harrison. Great person to do business with.
