Worth the trip down from Seattle. They were very responsive on email and available by text and phone to answer any questions and remove add-ons we didn't want. Gary was wonderful to work with. When we arrived to check out the car we wanted to buy, it had some minor cosmetic issues that needed to be addressed, and Budy Clary had a detailing team take care of it ASAP so we didn't have to take a second trip down from Seattle. Overall, a smooth and low stress car buying experience.

They had to keep my car overnight, the next day I get my car and my problem with my exhaust is still there, there is an obvious loud vibrating noise that isn't supposed to be there. I go to a REAL mechanic, and I have a Cracked Exhaust manifold on my turbo flange, I was close to needing my engine replaced. Not to mention when I brought them my car the first day, they said it would be ready the next day and no one called me the next day, I went there 30 minutes before closing because nobody would answer my calls. They said "oh yeah it's ready" they would've let it just sit there for extra days

This dealership truly saved me from spending…read moretens of thousands of dollars and completely restored my faith in how a dealership should operate. About three months ago, the fuel system went out on my 2020 Ram. I initially brought it to another local dealership in Oregon, and the experience was beyond terrible. While my truck was still under factory warranty, I had a check engine light. They cleared the light, did a few things, and gave the truck back to me. Six months later, I brought it back in for the same code, except now I was 11 days out of warranty. Suddenly, their story changed -- they claimed they found metal in my fuel system and tried to stick me with nearly $20,000 in repairs. They went around my insurance company, pushed aftermarket warranties, refused to take responsibility for what they had already done, and wouldn't even let me see my own truck without being escorted. They wanted to charge me more money just to take additional pictures. The entire situation felt shady, stressful, and wrong. I finally told them to stop touching my truck and had it sent to McCord, where I originally purchased it. That decision changed everything. McCord took care of me from start to finish. Within three weeks, my truck was fully repaired -- and I didn't pay a dime. On top of that, they were even willing to go out of their way and pick my truck up with their own trailer from the other dealership, simply because they wanted to take care of me. That alone says everything about the kind of dealership they are. Their service team is absolutely outstanding. The service manager and her assistant were always there to answer my questions -- even when my truck wasn't physically at their dealership yet. They were truly just one phone call away the entire time. They helped guide me through a very stressful situation, navigated me in the right direction, and made sure I understood every step along the way. They went above and beyond in every sense. It was incredibly refreshing to see a dealership do the right thing, stand behind their customer, and actually care. I will not take my truck anywhere else. I bought my truck from McCord, but honestly, I truly believe they would have treated me the same way even if I hadn't

Had to call a couple of times to remind about getting plates and after saying they would send them had to go pick up from them. Took car to shop for engine light, noise and air conditioner. Noise was because motor mount bolt was very loose, light is because of several sensor issues and air conditioning was missing a hose and not hooked up in any way. Had not been for some time and whole system is very dirty and will cost me $1600 or more to fix. The others issues are being worked on as car is not safe to drive. Not sure how much this is going to end up costing. When I went in to Parr's I told him I needed reliable, safe transportation as I have a disabled daughter and have to go to lots of places for her care. Told him didn't have a lot of money to spend but but didn't expect to be sold a money pit. When I called back about issues was told they would "tighten" the bolt. Lot more work involved than that....basically tough sh*& for me. Buyer beware. Don't buy from here.

So they get my rig in on a warranty repair, but have NO loaner, yet after they damage my rig, they all the sudden have one. Then to make it worse? Martin wants to disrespect me by not only sitting there to shake my hand and not even stand, but offer me a lousy $150 on the diminished value? And the Clary son was present? I have a big middle finger fly out my window every time I drive by. I'll talk trash about this trash establishment until the day I die. But they don't care. The Clary clan doesn't give a hoot. They have TOO many dealerships in this town. So call them the auto mafia, so-to-speak. Hey Clary, is $150 worth this kind of hatred towards your establishment?

Not even a week after driving it around we had to take it back to service because the dashboard was saying it needed an oil change, and after checking the oil stick it a very very dark color and I still have the photo and date to prove it. It was also warning that the key batteries needed to be replaced and one of the back tail lights was going out. Then not even a couple weeks after that there was a sound coming from the breaks. The truck was in the shop for a couple of days because they needed to inspect it and they said that nothing was wrong. After that another few weeks go by and my mom takes it to a subaru dealership up in auburn where it gets lifted to get new rims on, the worker then notices that there's a lot of oil leaking from the transmission box (as the worker stated). We took the truck to the dealership where it's been since December 2025. I am writing this in April 2026. Since I last spoke to them in late February I have not received an update call and when I do call to ask for them to call me, I have yet to receive any call back. They have not given us a car to drive around in the meantime either and we are angry. Our blood boils at the fact that such a prestige dealership does not care about what they sell. They clearly didn't bother to inspect the truck prior to buying it from the last owner. It just really sucks because this is the reason people avoid smaller owned dealerships in fear that something like this to happen. Every time we go in to talk to someone the staff looks annoyed and angry as we get a sense that the don't want us to be there. But what else do you expect when their own dealership is to blame. This is not our fault. Out of the total time we've owned this truck we have literally only driven it about 3 months. So please save yourself from going through this and go elsewhere, you'd have better luck going to a smaller dealership.
