This is going to be one of the corniest reviews I've written because as soon as I see the Stirling Market nestled among the turning autumn leaves, I swoon.
We always start market day with breakfast at the Organic Market (http://www.yelp.com.au/biz/the-organic-market-and-caf%C3%A9-stirling-2). Our two dogs hoover up crumbs from under the table in between receiving pats from gushing passers by. After breakfast, we stuff pur pockets with canvas bags and hit the market.
First stop is always Woh n Wolly pet boutique; on our last visit, the dogs scored bow ties and hats. From there, we aimlessly wander from stall to stall picking up plants, locally farmed veggies, handmade crafts and yummy delights. Along the way, we stop and chat to fellow dogs owners and people we recognise from around the hills.
With full canvas bags, full tummies and two dogs full of love, we meander home to cook up a storm with the produce we bought and sit back and look at another shelf of handmade crafts I probably didn't need. read more
