I placed an order on 12/12/25 for $450 worth of t-shirts, and it has been a complete nightmare. I have been calling this company for two weeks, nearly 30 times, and have also emailed and left comments on my account, all with no response. My account still shows my order has not been processed. When someone finally answered the phone, they did not speak English and could not help. A worker later told me she cannot provide answers because the people in charge do not respond to her either. Dropped off shirts to get embroidered with my logo -- they confirmed they had it. After a week with no update, I called and was told they'd be ready the next day. Turns out they never had the logo. Poor communication and a waste of time. read more
