They initially scheduled a repair for March 18. On March 10, they suddenly send a message that the repairman will be there in 10 minutes. We inform them that we're not available, and they tell us that March 18 isn't available anymore. Fine - we reschedule an appointment for March 30. On March 30, no one shows up, and no sends a message saying they're not coming. After calling about five times, I finally get a call back, and they book us a new appointment for April 24. Then, on April 9, another message saying the repairman will be there in 10 minutes. This has been absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

So what I'm telling you is ... if you need a couch leg to be tighten or something simple , that's fine go with company. The Owner Jeff should of just stated that he was sending someone , and that the company only does simple repairs and maybe some cleaning . Beware he's gonna charge you $275 for a simple repair, maybe some wood putty in a crack . They just do simple things because if I would of know and if he would of been honest and actually looked at my pictures I sent him I wouldn't of had to send his worker out to my house!!! Oh btw he charged me $50 dollars for his worker coming out just to be sent away, Shame on this business!!!
