I woke up late and tired and as I took the dog out I heard a noise and wondered what it was... the neighbors were having their home power washed. We had our home power washed two years ago and I hadn't noticed any green, but with the sunrise and its low rays illuminating the north side I noticed some green had returned; since it was not incredibly visible I could have waited... but why? So I walked over and observed and asked some questions and then asked and confirmed they could squeeze us in. I needed to get to the office and my wonderful wife was up and worked to make sure Power Washing Pros STL had all they needed, which was just themselves and their power sprayer which sprays high... well over the neighbor's three-story roof! I asked for all the windows in my building to be cleaned. They quoted me one price, that employee…read moreleft. A different employee sent me the quote, and it had another $120 charge on it. I contacted them and asked why, and he said they didn't count all the windows, but would honor the original quote. When they got here the crew was told to only do 3 sides of the building. I told them no, the quote was supposed to be for the whole building. I told them that was shading and I would be leaving a review. The guy shows me a picture of the building and shows only 3 sides marked. I said I have never seen that photo and the agreement was for the entire building. They tell me they can do the whole thing, but it will cost more. After that the manager calls me and tells me it would cost more to do the entire building, we agreed to not do business with each other. The price switching was shady at best.
