Deux fois par semaine, sous la flèche de l'église -basilique gothique achevée en 1520- les commerçants s'installent et les passants s'affairent. Le dimanche, on y trouve tout un tas d'objets, de meubles, tissus ou autres bonnes affaires... En semaine, c'est plutôt l'alimentaire qui est à l'honneur.

What I like about it: it's not too big, so you don't get lost, and you can see where the shops are almost from any point. There is a Starbucks coffee shop!! And some tables to sit outside. I'm looking forward to see how they will decorate it for xmas! Happy shopping!

The Mr found shorts that did the trick, in fashionable, wearable linen. I found some super comfy Geox sparklie walking sandals which suited much better than the hot trainers I brought along Filled out the tax free forms & we were back on our way to walk about & enjoy the summery day

Hubby and I were strolling through Rue St. Catherine when we decided to check out Galeries…read moreLafayette. It was lightly raining that day, and I wanted to buy a scarf to keep me warm. I ended up buying two scarfs! Everything in the store was neatly organized and so appealing. It reminded me of a Nordstrom or Macy's back in the states with their perfume counters and clothing displays. Reasonable prices too. Loved it!
