Actually the time and energy invested in this negative review is not even worth it. They will try to scram you whenever they can. Italian backyard business style. First they have to give you allowance to send items back, after I did so they said I sent the wrong item back, giving them a bad review they accepted my return giving me a partial refund. I lost 90.-$ as they keep the shipping cost and taxes. There is no logic and fairness in this. You can't reply to customer service by it's name because all the burning issue will be handled with no name emails and not professional language. Dear Al Duca D'aosta: A bad review isn't the problem. A bad review is the result of a problem. The real problem is whatever happened between your customer and your businesses that created that result. For real customer service wins, don't focus on the result; focus on the problem!!
