A friend of mine who likes their kitchenware and is more of a collector of their flatware wanted to buy a set as it was not sold in the non company store. The sales person was helpful and even told us of the promo that they have if one buys a 6 or 12 place setting collection. The store itself is functional and has decent display area. Location is prime and will goes with the product/price range they have. If you are interested in design and would like to see a modern take on regular everyday items for that alone I would suggest you visit this store.

I then phone back and asked in French why she hung up on me and she just said , Counter or Service ? and nothing else. I again asked her why and she again said in French , Counter or Service ? I said service and then service never picked up and after 8 rings it returned to her again. If you need any level of professional service at the vendor level avoid this guys like the plague.

Nelco is my go to spot when I need anything plumbing related. Instead of wasting my time wondering around one of those big box stores where there isn't anyone to help you I just head straight to Nelco. The staff here is super knowledgeable and really helpful. The only thing I've ever bought here was a cookie cutter in the shape of a ginger bread man for christmas cookies I was baking for some friends and family. It was a very normal cookie cutter but it cost me around 3$. I'm not sure what the base price of a cookie cutter is but I did feel like this was a bit more expensive than I thought. Obviously, some items can get quite expensive but I feel like the quality makes up for it.

Still, I'm fine paying extra and crossing town to shop a local small business vs the internet juggernaut that needn't even be named. Had a ten-dollar item in hand but had come to make specific purchases that would have amounted to hundreds. I've shopped there before, but I won't again, sadly.
