We are a large dealership and we had a horrible experience with Rudy. He was A NO SHOW for his…read moreappointment he made with us. He made no courtesy to even give us a CALL BACK, NO REACH OUT for information, and instead of making it right, he just pushed us away. I guess he does not have any workers and he is new to the business or lacks communications skills. He had the potential to be our "go to guy" for 20 - 30 trucks monthly (plus -estimated) and he blew that opportunity on numerous accounts. Myself and my co workers just gave him 5-7 chances in less than a day to "Make it right" and he still blew us off. I am unsure how other businesses run, and or civilians run, but we gave Rudy the benefit or the doubt... and he instead of doing the right thing, failed and pointed fingers instead of just "showing up." Very disappointing. Did not even get a chance to see his "work." Will not recommend him to anyone and will repeat this post once he keeps trying to delete it as I am sure he will. Thank you Rudy for all of the run around. We counted on you for your business, as a business ourselves I hope you learn from your mistakes as we just did. I would give you less than a star if that was an option, but, they made me pick something. Choose wisely folks. Integrity and first impressions. "You never get a second chance to make a first impression." Rudy, we gave you how many chances? Even let you send other workers down? In Two days? Three? To see if you could overcome the mess you created... and... no outreach, no apology, and still... no clean truck. Thank you for your efforts. (Enter sarcasm). Took my pickup through the wash and the entire back end came out barely wet, what am I even paying for?! And then there's the vacuum situation. Anyone can just drive up and use them without paying a dime. Meanwhile you're standing there waiting for a vacuum you actually paid for while someone who paid for nothing just helps themselves. The staff doesn't do anything about it and yeah, it's not really their job, but then whose is it? Put the payment kiosk in front of the vacuums NOT after, get a camera, get something.

Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards.
