Lauren took extra time to make sure my mother knew how to insert and use her hearing aids. What was truly magical was watching her interact with my mother. After the visit, my mother said, "Lauren makes me feel good about myself." We were given used hearing aids. The Hearing Place remolded and calibrated the hearing aids, saving us thousands of dollars. They are the best hearing aids she has ever had. The Hearing Place worked to meet our needs. Other places we've gone to were just high pressure sales pitches with only one brand to offer. Terri, the office manager, is warm and lovely. The whole experience made my mother walk tall and proud out of the office. There is easy parking in front and parking behind the building with wheelchair accessibility.
