She had come over for a meet and great initially, so he already knew her. Yet when I brought him for his first visit, he was nervous, I could see he wasn't afraid. He loved his groomer! When I picked him up he looked lovely, and I could just tell, he wasn't traumatized as he sometimes can be a bit when he has to go to the groomer. My instructions were followed to the letter and the groomer listened patiently to my concerns about my little Levi and his issues. Even though this groomer is quite far from my home, the experience for Levi was so positive, I'll be taking him back!

Quite a few years ago I did a veterinary internship while I was a student here. I walked into the…read moreclinic and Kevin was doing a spay on a dog that was waking from injectable sedative, not under general anesthesia and the poor dog was under horrible distress and pain. A site that will never leave me. Kevin instructed me to give additional injectable sedation and told me if I reported this to the school, he would ruin my ongoing education and career. All these years later, I regret keeping my mouth shut to this jerk.
