I had a limited amount of time before I was leaving the state. They assured me it could/would be done. After 2 weeks, I called again to explain the urgency. I received a call back later that afternoon and was told it was ready. When I went to pick it up, I was horrified. Instead of putting a new zipper in, they just put in new zipper pulls, but they cut my zipper and sewed the ends closed. Now my window does not zip out as designed.
