I immediately found them to be extremely friendly, down to earth and honest about expectations, cost and timing. I was looking for a fast turnaround in terms of getting them out for the cleaning, which they accommodated by coming to my house on a Sunday! On the day of the cleaning, the great communication continued, with a heads up call that they were on their way to the house, and they were right on time. The cleaning took about 3 hours, and they did a really great and thorough job with no detail left unattended. The house was literally spotless when they were done -- and the best part was that the place was shiny clean without the gross, noxious smell of chemical cleaning products left behind.
