Todd is very picky about the collections he buys, so there really isn't a clunker in the whole bunch. I really appreciated that, because my time is valuable and who wants to look through a bunch of crap just to get to the good stuff? Well here it's all good stuff! Todd is also very knowledgeable about many genres of music, and he takes the time to source high quality records and look up what each one is worth and price everything accordingly. I loved the "Buy two get one free" sale, of course I am a bargain hunter so I left with nine records plus a bonus record. Super happy with my purchases, I examined each record before I bought it, but it turned out it was not necessary. Todd examines them and does not sell anything that isn't stellar quality. I highly recommend this store, both for buying and selling, as I was told he gives a very fair price when buying Collections, if they are sought after and of high quality. The shop also sells books and I think DVDs and some other things, but I only had time to look through the main section of records. Hematite's pretty tight, amiright? So I was excited to stumble upon Jack Pine Rock Shop while on vacation in Hayward. This shop packs lots to look at in a small space. It has the boxes with different stones and crystals classified, along with the woo-woo mystical traits they supposedly possess. It also has some more artistic and carved pieces in glass cases to gaze upon. There were some marble items that would look pretty on a bookshelf or table as a statement piece. The prices seemed to range from inexpensive to luxury. It was fun to peruse it all, and I hope my son is as totally cool as I was when he grows up and that I can take him here to get a few rocks for his special collection.

The Jack Pine Rock Shop offers a really nice variety -- from rough stones that are just a dollar or two to large, expensive polished rocks and other pieces (most recently I had to stop myself from buying a $300 lazy susan made of the most beautiful marble). There's lots to touch and talk about, which makes it a great stop for kids. And the staff is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. They always indulge our family with advice, tidbits and a wealth of information about their products. This is a must-stop place for our family each summer when we visit Hayward. Though I rarely buy anything, many of my family members look forward to bringing home a little gem from the rock shop each year. One other thing to note: they do an extremely good job wrapping the items you buy -- something essential to getting them home in one piece and definitely not to be overlooked.

Dennis said he had someone onsite who worked on art files in the evening and said if I got my order in by that Monday they could turn my order. I needed our plaques by 3/5/20 and the online delivery date said 3/10/20. I submitted my order the night if 2/20, had a proof the next day I received the plaques today. They look FANTASTIC! I cannot thank Dennis and his team enough for the exceptional customer service, quality product and meeting and exceeding all of my expectations.
