Literally the worst customer service I've ever received in my life. Staff have been rude at each Stoneacre I've had dealings with. If you pre-purchase a service package, they will hassle you to buy additional products and will be extremely rude to you if you state that you're not interested. Following a complaint about this, a staff member passed me onto a manager (without muting) and advised that there was "a lady moaning about customer service" on the phone. They also failed to provide additional extras I'd paid for until I called several times to get acknowledgment of the pre-paid extras... I eventually had the appropriate work to my car carried out.
