Dan and Pete brought my vision of a little Mouse House/Harry Potter nook under the stairs to life based on Pinterest photos and our shared drawings. We also did a secret room with a trick bookcase. Because of that, we arranged and paid for an independent licensed professional engineer to evaluate the installation. The engineer's evaluation identified multiple installation deficiencies, including concerns related to nail placement, roof decking/plywood, drip edge installation, chimney flashing, and more. Despite repeated efforts over many months to have these documented issues properly corrected, they remain unresolved. As of this writing, these documented issues remain unresolved, and we are continuing to deal with damage to our home as a result.
