Have been calling since October 2019 and left messages to call to schedule countertops to be redone. I have had one call back to say they have been busy and someone would call to schedule the work. Stonecraft (Scott) did my concrete countertops 7 years ago for a cost much more than other materials/countertops. They looked great initially but now look worn out. After numerous attempts (phone calls, text messages, emails...) to Scott, he returned one call referring me to someone who sands and polishes existing installs, telling me he doesn't sand/reseal his work. I did it...used his recommendation, 1k later, they look the same. Had I known there would be zero product support in the future, I'd never have chosen stone craft.
