A few months ago we had them return to build a stone water feature/waterfall adjacent to our pool. The job went quite smoothly, but required some mortar work between some natural stones, and unfortunately the subcontractor used a dark-brown colored compound that did not blend with the lighter-colored stones, creating sort of a zebra-like appearance. We notified the boss, John, who jumped immediately to correct the problem. That required several re-visits to get it right, and John was more diligent and demanding of his subs than even we were, with a really attractive and functional end result.
