Can anybody use an expensive worthless lower denture! The only Stonecreek is a waste of time and definitely money! I even had to pay an additional $145 to have them put in a useless liner making them w fit worse than ever. Oh yeah, and they told me I had too much gum loss for veneers or implants. Here I am 6 years later wearing a lower permanent denture that stays stays in my mouth without a tube of extra hold denture glue that ended up all over my mouth after drinking water. I can smile, drink, and finally eat without my denture popping out. Thank you, God! Thought I would share the worst dental experience, service, and cost I have ever encountered in my entire life in a dentist's chair. read more

So, I really liked the Dentist that I saw, Barkley, and Tammie, his assistant. They were great! They made some nice accommodations for me (because of another illness). Them being willing to see me as a person and giving me the time of day really mattered. Now, the reception staff is a bit underwhelming. As in, you pretty much have to do it yourself and you get annoying texts about appearing on time. Cool! To sum up, The Dentist and his team of dentist-padawans know what's up with teeth. Strangest experience I've ever had here last summer! Spent 45 minutes in the chair waiting on the hygienist. Then some lady comes in & is taking forever messing with tools & such. Never introduced herself. Had to ask. Said she is Dr. so and so. Ok. Then SHE starts the hygienists job. Stuck a big suction device in, which was different & very uncomfortable & leaked. She seemed very not sure what to do. After about 15 minutes of that, she called in the actual hygienist to finish up. Forget the actual hygienist name, but was very nice and knew exactly what needed done. All done & leaving, the girl explained what my charges were. Charging me for fluoride treatment and oral screening, of which was NOT done! Got that taken off the bill. Then the hygienist comes out to the lobby prepared to do a fluoride treatment right there - in the lobby! I said forget it! Worst experience at this place ever & I've been going there for years. Personnel keeps changing/leaving...no consistency!! Probably won't be coming back. read more

Horrible. Scheduled an appt here once I got there they told me their sign in for the computer wasn't working and I needed to either reschedule or pay out of pocket. They said that they called me earlier and left a message they called as I was walking into my 3 o clock appt at 2:53 and left no message. read more

We started with Stonecreek Dental about 3 yrs ago. During that time they cancelled appt. even on the day of service. I get it things happen.But they lost their dentist and never informed us and right before my scheduled appt. they contact me and tell me, although I found out he had left months ago. I got in at another of their locations. And then they scheduled me back in Xenia as I was told they would have a new dentist. So had the next visit in Xenia, scheduled the next cleaning, and the dentist had a family emergency, but the hygienist was there, but they wouldn't allow me to get my teeth cleaned because I had to see the dentist. I told them I am retired and live a 3 min. walk away and could come anytime for a 5 min. look in my mouth. No deal. So my rescheduled appt. arrives, I walk in and I am informed they no longer accept my insurance and I will have to make a copay. I questioned why I wasn't informed earlier and she said that would be the insurance teams responsibility. So they didn't contact me at all be fore my original appt. or the rescheduled one. So I stated I have zero options to either pay extra or cancel my appt. No prior information about the change. The receptionist was very professional and I give her credit for being in that situation. Do back the company lacks the same professionalism. read more

We can never get ahold of anyone at the Centerville office and they never return our calls. They say we owe more money after putting all the orthodontic fees on care credit. They have lost our insurance information a couple times. Now they say we have ten days to reply or we'll be dropped as patients. My kids are still going through treatment and we were just there 3 weeks ago. Absolutely awful service. read more

My child is severely disabled. I made an appointment with the receptionist for a consult because the receptionist said that's the doctor took our insurance. I paid 189 for the consult because consults have to be done at the office and the office didn't take our insurance. but once we had the consult the doctor would be able to help my child. My child had a very bad tooth in the back of her mouth and is in a lot of pain. The doctor looked at her tooth for maybe a second said it was a cavity on a baby tooth but unfortunately I dont take your insurance so i can't help you. i was so upset: I called to get a refund which they could not accommodate because we saw the doctor. I wouldn't have booked the appointment if the receptionist had told me the right information. This place is a total scam!!!! They didn't even refer us to a different doctor. read more

After going to see Dr. Marshall for at least 20 years she retired and sold the practice. I was disgusted with my last visit. I had to have a tooth taken care of due to fractures. I was given a temporary crown which about one week in cracked. I was having pain and discomfort so another temporary crown was put in place. The staff acted like they didn't have a clue what they were doing, couldn't understand why I wanted to be numbed up, tried to polish an existing crown to make the temporary fit, and basically acted like they were inexperienced and in training. I was totally disgusted with the lack of professionalism of the dentist and the staff. They were rude and impatient with me. After this experience I decided there were far better dentists in the area that I could entrust to care for my teeth. I do not recommend this dentistry to anyone. read more

I have been coming to this building for twenty years! Dr. Marshall (who is awesome) retired and the office changed a couple years back. Though it is not the same dentist office it once was, Stonecreek Dental is looking stylish and has modernized improvements. I like the workers and everyone has always treated me nicely. Stay away from this practice. My name was sold to them after my lifelong dentist in Xenia retired. At first it was OK and then Dr. Marshall retired and everything went downhill. Never saw the same person twice when I went there for repeated visits. And then all of a sudden when I went for a cleaning one day the hygienist said he couldn't clean my teeth until they did an expensive (thousands of $s) procedure to plane beneath my gum line. After just being told at the previous visit that I had great gums this seemed suspicious. Needless to say I left and went looking for another Dentist. I found a great one who said that I needed no such procedure and that it was an opportunity for this practice to upcharge me. I tried to get my records sent from Stonecreek to my new dentist and after several calls that were not returned I simply gave up. My brother also had the same experience at Stonecreek. They also wanted to do the same gum procedure on him before they would consider cleaning his teeth. He found a new dentist who told him his gums were fine. Bottom line is don't go here. read more

This place us a joke. Drs change all they want to fo is X-rays every visit. For goodness sake how many X-rays do i have to have just to get my teeth cleaned, really? The facility is small and dumpy. I made at least 6 trips but still didn't get my teeth cleaned. Here's how it goes you call you say you gave a problem they get you in immediately take an x-ray and say yup you broke your crown.... schedule another appointment. Again a single x ray next appt a full x ray next appt a single X-ray next appt you get a dentist to look at your mouth but you still have to make another appointment to get your teeth cleaned. I found another dentist who took care of the problem in 3 days no multiple visits no waste of money time or gas. I wouldn't even take my cat here to have their teeth cleaned. Not happy with my experience here AT ALL. read more

I hate doing this but I feel people should know. This practice changed hands recently (end of 2018 I think) and I wasn't informed, so I went there for a crown thinking I would see Dr. Marshall, who has always been excellent. I didn't; she has sold the practice and has moved on. It did not turn out well, and I now have a permanent crown (after 3 long visits and $1800) that is sore, sensitive to cold and pressure, is too large for the space so it pushes on the other teeth and is very difficult to floss around. These people don't have their act together. Maybe in 5+ years after lots more guinea pigs like me pay their bills, but not now. Also FWIW they seem more concerned with keeping staff happy than the patient, and they seem to think it's fine to use the front office space for storage which looks untidy and unprofessional. Just overall not a good practice at this point. read more

Always impressed with the quality of care and how friendly and kind the dentist and staff are. My grandparents have gone here for 30+ years and would never go anywhere else. Can't recommend Stonecreek enough. read more
