I have lived here for almost two year in a two bedroom. I live by myself. No Pets. No Roommate. I pay my rent. The day I signed the first lease I asked to be put on the waiting list for a one bedroom. Do I have one yet? NO!!!! You cannot tell me that in two years not one single one bedroom has not opened up. I've been put off and off and off. I have checked on a weekly basis to make sure my name is still on the list. The Fitness is a Fatness Center... Because they only have cardio equipment. What is this... It's for like stay-at-home-moms that get to watch cable. There are some dumbbells to work upper body possible but NOTHING else. any questions are answered by our robot property manager. "We're working on it". Now... There is a new property owner/management company... The THIRD ONE in two years... Everyone that lives here is a teacher at San-Felipe-Del Rio CISD, Military Personnel from Laughlin AFB, Border Patrol, Constable, Del Rio PD, Valverde Medical Center has four apartments that I know of and the apartment are charging them DOUBLE RENT FOR MARCH. The consultant company who is working with the Valverde Regional Medical Center is being charged up for rent on their company card. Then the apartment complex is saying "we have not received payment" so these kind people that live here are writing checks again (double paying their rent). There are very nice Mormons that live here. Their hospitality is exceptional. They are respectful, courteous and polite in every way and they are renting 4 apartments here. And let's talk about the "TEXAS CUTTING & CORING" contractors that live here. How many apartments are they renting. Who knows. They are probably being double-billed for rent as well. All I know is that the that live here are treated the worst. It doesn't matter how long you are waiting for something, if anyone comes after you, there needs get put before YOURS. We should just call in an airstrike from Laughlin AFB and take out the lame, all talk, no promises kept, club house. REAL PEOPLE PERSONS we have here... I say MOVE OUT. YOU DON'T WANT THIS!!!! SOMETHING STINKS!!!! you'll regret it... I think this management company should just pull up stakes and leave town. They have burned some many bridges and treated the public school teachers like garbage. It is not possible to repair the damage these people have done. They been here since February 26 and they have ruined it. Lets have a real apartment management come in and do it right. The Stonegate Apartments in Del Rio, TX is a very nice and safe place to live at. My apartment is a spacious nice apartment. The complex is centrally located & close to the mall, fast food eateries as well as restaurants, Wal-Mart, convenient stores, movie theatre, star bucks. It is also located close to schools, walking trails & the lake is not too far off. It is also located close to highway 277 & highway 90 as well as the loop that takes one to Laughlin Air Force Base, 90 East & 277 South. The hospital & medical clinics are not far off. It is a beautiful place with a pool & exercise room as well as a nice pleasant area for sitting & having snacks. The property is well maintained & has plenty of outside lighting at night that adds to safety in my opinion. Ms. Maria Mitchell, Property Manager, & Mr. Mario Munoz, building maintenance, are always very friendly, courteous, & professional. They are available to answer any questions or concerns I may have & always take care of any maintenance issues that may arise in an efficient manner. They are always very helpful. Stonegate is a fantastic place to live! Staff at the front office are professional and courteous as well as seeing that your stay is pleasant and comfortable. If there is ever a problem with anything within the apartment, maintenance ensures fast and reliant repairs. The website gives you an email with a WO number and a description of the problem that the person stated was wrong. When the work is completed, an email is sent updating you of the repairs and completion. Easy access to browsing through the website for all your needs. You are never left uninformed of anything. Del Rio is a small town and I have seen other apartments that could not add up to what Stonegate offers. I looked at a number of places before committing to Stonegate, but nothing quite compared. Stonegate is centrally located in Del Rio and it's easy to get to all the major highways. I have a one bedroom apartment and there is plenty of space. The private patio is pretty big, and there is a storage closet off of the patio, which is very useful. It's awesome that the fitness center is open 24 hours because I'm a bartender and get home from work really late at night. I'm also really happy to finally have a dishwasher again, not to mention a separate dining area! The pool is an added bonus. My family and I just moved a few months ago to stonegate apartments. We absolutely like living in these apartments. the location is great! the Shops and grocery stores are nearby, and even a elementary school which is right next to the apartments! Which is amazing for us. The staff is very friendly, if we have any issues they are quick to fix them. The apartmets grounds are also very well kept and clean. read more

Definitely the best apartments in Del Rio. They are in a nice part of town, and are well taken care of. Mostly law enforcement and Air Force live here. The staff is super friendly. They care about your needs and what you're looking for in a home. Whenever I go into the office, I feel welcome and cared about. I wish it was gated and had carports, but the other amenities (pool and gym) are nice. read more

We moved in stone gate apartments last month! My kids love the pool at the park! Employees have been nice every time we have needed them for something! It's in a good area near many places!! Haven't had any issues with the apartment at all! And I love that it is in walking distance of my daughters school! read more
