I am a 92 old woman who is trying to make ends meet. I try, very hard, to save money but with four different policys a year, all with rising premiums, all with State Farm, it has become very stressful! After reading a review, from Emily F. -Jan 11th,2025, I am more worried than ever!!!! I keep my home and subsequent property up by myself, for the most part, because I can't afford to do it any other way. My SUV is a 2016 Ford with a little over 26,000 miles, so that should tell you that I don't put "pleasure miles" on it! I paid over $1400.00 in premiums on just the car in 2025! I had car and camper insurance through state farm for years. last year they raised our car…read moreinsurance by over $1000. So we switched to a different insurance company. we left the trailer with State Farm for the time being. my last email with Scott was that our policy would continue with the camper for the same rate as the previous year, we wouldn't receive a bill for 2 months. Well 2 months later I get a letter from the lien holder that we dont have camper insurance. They tried telling me that it never was sent through and tried to give me a higher rate. they wouldn't do anything to correct their mistake. Horrible company, horrible customer service. Crooks!
