Stopped in on Wednesday and got a great haircut. I didn't have to wait too long and the staff and customers were very nice. My Barber was very friendly and she did an excellent job. My only complaint is cash only. Luckily I had cash on me which nowadays I rarely do. I travel to much and fine far more often places don't want cash, but rather you pay by CC. read more

They give good hair cuts, but their hours are the worst I have seen for barbers. What barber closes at 1pm on a Saturday?

I have been there before and haven't had terrible experiences however the last time I was there I asked for a simple skin fade with a slight trim off the top. I got a skin fade however there were patches missed all over my head, it was very visible. Then the top I asked for less than a quarter inch off the top off of a length of 2+ inches. It was taken down to maybe a quarter to a half inch left. I had to wear a hat for two weeks it was that bad. The other experience the vibe in the shop was good but that was it. I came for a flat top and had planned to wait for Christine (who has the chair closest to the front door/window and is clearly the most skilled person there). When one of the available barbers said he could take me I clarified I was waiting for Christine because I know ahead of time can do a good flat top the way I like it. [My hair gets relatively curly and long throughout much of the year but u like a crisp, boxy flat top (like Howie Long) around this time of year. I Claire's what I meant by boxy (with as close to 90 degree right angle corners, and fairing from the spikes corners to be about as short as it can be and not quite be just skin. I like it to genuinely look like someone could set a book on it and it wouldn't move.] they encouraged me that this guy does flat tops too and then he destroyed it within minutes , carving in at these diagonal angle that would make what I wanted immediately impossible to salvage. What I have isn't remotely flat and he hadn't even worked in any PalmAir until AFTER, when he thigg it by he was done and I clarified that this doesn't even slightly resemble what I asked for. Please, don't let just anyone there try flattops. They take a lot more skill than that guy clearly had. Leave it to Christine and please let people just wait to have the barber they came there for. This look embarrassingly bad and what he thinks will grow out in a week will take months. Embarrassing. read more

Here we go........more bad press! So I walk through the door and had to wait almost 5 minutes before hair cut began. Maggie cut my hair exactly as asked to do so. The nerve! Hair cut straight, correct length, and took over 10 minutes to complete! She asked if I wanted eye brows trimmed. What was she implying? "Do I want gel in my hair?" Now I'm getting ticked! We walk to the register and she expects me to pay 15.00 for the cut. Other places charge 20.00+. Why would I want to pay less? I had a similar experience with Christine 2 weeks ago. Same with Jose a month ago. I'm not sure I'll go back..........for at least another 2 weeks! read more

I've been here 3 times so far. Not going back. Maggie does an okay job cutting hair (not great by any means). The other 2 people I had cut my hair failed miserably. Uneven cut, stray hairs all over, no eyebrow or ear trim, and if you like your beard don't let anyone in there touch it. I had to shave mine down about an inch after they butchered it. If you want a fast, cheap, half ass cut then this is the place for you but if you want a good haircut or beard trim I would suggest going elsewhere. read more
