The floor staff are always down to help if you're looking for something or need a hand. One moment that really stood out was when a manager went out of their way to help my handicapped grandmother load groceries into her car--she said that he was super kind and respectful. Given its location, they sometimes have to deal with rowdy crowd or troublemakers, but the staff always handle things calmly and fairly. Definitely a reliable neighborhood grocery store.
