I showed up to Public Storage with a large U-Haul packed to the brim with my stuff, trying to get a storage unit. I have never cared for Public Storage, but I already had one storage unit there so I thought it made sense to get a second one there. However, the experience was so bad, where the employees were so rude and off-putting, I just drove off in search of the nearest storage unit. After googling the nearest one and calling, I came to Extra Space. Boy what a difference! When I arrived, Robert was driving up and down the property to make sure everything was secure. He promptly greeted my daughter and I and offered us water as it was scorching outside. He was beyond sweet and professional. I arrived hot, sweating and irritated by my experience with Public Storage, and that quickly dissipated with Robert's great customer service. The whole process was made quick and efficient by Robert and within 20 minutes, I was at my new unit and unpacking the U-haul. The property was clean and well maintained. Robert took the time to explain their pest control system to me, which I appreciated. I looked around and never saw even one bug. I also thought that the magnetic doors they have so that you don't have to hold the door while trying to move was genius! Overall, I was extremely impressed with the property, how it is run and mostly Robert and how warm and professional he was. He is a gem and was the deciding factor in my deciding to rent a storage unit with them. I would definitely recommended Extra Space Storage to everyone!

A younger woman I have never seen before said she could mail it again for another $20, cash only. I tried to explain to her that we had used them to mail it two weeks ago, and someone made a mistake. When figuring out what size unit to rent the employees were extremely helpful and even showed me the different size units. I've only ever had issues getting into the gate once due to a system error while the office was closed but a quick call to the kind reps on the 800 number got me the temporary access code needed to get in while they corrected it. The units are very secure and temp controlled. No pest issues or funky smells. No issues of break ins. The manager is the most wonderful woman you will meet and is very willing to work with you as much as she can if your payment is going to be late. I tend to be on the forgetful side so thankfully they give you a call to remind you before you occur any late fees and there's a nice grace period. 10/10 would recommend this storage place to anyone looking to tuck their things away for a little or long time.

The manager, Mitch, is very friendly, knows the property and will have you in your rental unit in 15 minutes. I highly recommend CubeSmart for it's location, cleanliness and no hassle policies. One note - you will have to purchase rental insurance that is at least $12 a month for $2000 worth of coverage with a $100 deductible. They will waive the insurance if you can provide proof of your own prior to renting. So just add $12 to their rental quote and you are good to go!
